Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Website, and all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made within 3 to 5 business days of the order being canceled by Vanyug. Prepaid orders paid for with a credit card, debit card, or net banking will have the amount returned to the account from which it was paid. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement / Return Policy:

In 7 days except the following:

Products perishable in nature.
Items that have been used or opened.
An item not returned in the condition it was received.
Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
Items sourced or delivered outside India

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

the item may be damaged during transit
or there might be a manufacturing defect
or that the wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the 12 hours of receipt of order. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the reason for returning it. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

In case of return or refund, a picture and unboxing video of the products is essential.

Items Damaged in Shipping & Quality Issue:

Products received in a damaged condition or products with quality issues can be returned if informed within 24 hours of receipt of the products. Kindly note that we would require the below to approve refunds/returns:

Invoice / Order Id

Food items once opened, would not be taken back.

Cancelling your order

We want all our customers to love what they buy and buy what they love. If you made an error when placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note, once the order has been shipped, we cannot make a revision.

Form of refund:

For cancelled orders, we have the following options available:

1. Exchange for another product on our site.

2. Refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details and we will share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. We will ship the confirmed orders within 2-3 business days.
